1. Cancellation Timelines

• More than 48 Hours before check-in: Eligible for a full refund of any advance reservation confirmation amount.
• Within 48 Hours of check-in: Cancellations attract a charge equivalent to the first night's tariff.
• No-Show: In case of non-arrival without prior intimation, advance deposits cannot be refunded.

2. Refund Processing

Eligible refund requests confirmed with the front desk will be processed via original bank transfer or UPI within 5 to 7 working days. For direct queries, our front desk team is reachable anytime via WhatsApp.
